From Family Struggles to Professional Mission
My passion for nutrition began with my mum's hypertension and prediabetes diagnosis. Fortunately I was already in university, enrolled in a nutrition degree.
I learned the profound impact that proper nutrition could have on overall wellbeing. This ignited a deep curiosity about the science of nutrition and its role in preventing and managing health conditions.
Why I Chose This Path
Every person has a unique relationship with food, shaped by culture, lifestyle, and individual preferences. I believe in meeting people where they are and creating realistic, sustainable changes that honor their preferences and circumstances.
